Urgent Requirement - Project Manager - Planning, Billing & Q.S - MEP

Role & responsibilities

1. Preparing costing for MEP works for Current & Upcoming projects.

2. Preparing workorders for the projects and monitoring of relevant works to be completed within timeframe.

3. Preparing comparisions and more technical meetings with the vendors.

4. BOQ & Drawing arrangement from Architect & consultant.

5. Process of bills & regular followup for vendor payments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be having experience of 2 to 8 Years
• Qualification should be Diploma / B.Tech from Electrical / Mechanical .
• Candidate should be experienced from Real Estate Industry background.
• Job location for Coprorate Office, Noida only.
• Can be from Real Estete Industry or from MEP Consultant also

Salary Range : 50K to 80K / month
