Estimation Engineers - Tunnel Project, Billing &Planning

experience in Tunnel, Metros, Road works. Client /PRW billing, Planning, Contracts, Quantity Estimation, Rate Analysis.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates for tunnel construction, including metros and road works.
Create accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and handle Client/PRW billing.
Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
Analyze construction rates and costs to optimize project budgets.
Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Track project progress and identify potential cost overruns or delays.
Provide technical and financial reports to project stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation.
