Role & responsibilities

• Maintains payroll information by designing systems;  and entering of data to get the desired output
• Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes .
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave,  and nontaxable wages.
• Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Talent Acquisition and MIS reporting

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate must have worked with payroll data along with compliances like ESIC and EPF
• Having experience in data management with different business stakeholders
• Assist with all internal and external HR and administration related matters
• End to end recruitment process including sourcing and identifying candidates
• conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Should have good knowledge in HR Operations & Recruitment.
• Candidate can join in short notice.
