Sr. Purchase Executive

Job Location:

• PPPL, Bhosari,Pune

Job Responsibilities:

• Takes care of inventory management
• Should participate in price negotiations for CAPEX items
• Take charge of procurement process including getting comparative quotes from vendors,
• Vendor creation of new vendors, updating KYC of vendors etc.
• making Purchase requisitions based on employees requests, making Purchase orders based on raised PRs by co-workers
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and co-workers for purchase related activities on daily basis and record maintenance.
• Take active part in facility maintenance by liaising with staff and co-workers on orders, deliveries, complaints, and other related matters.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a graduate degree.
• 4 years of minimum experience is required to be a Senior Purchase Executive.
• Must be well-versed in languages such as English, Marathi and Hindi.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchase department is essential.
• Experience with SAP, Tally etc. would be an added advantage.
• Only Male candidates preferred for this job role.
