Team Leader - Plant Maintenance

Role & responsibilities 1.Should have good command on PLC & HMI programming Knowledge especially Mitshubishi,Omron & Siemens . Should be fully competent in programming of Digital & Analogue I/Os and able to work both ladder & structured programming.

2. Aware of special purpose machines, Helium leak testing machines, Furnaces, Presses, Utilities like DG sets, its synchronization system, air compressor, Water chiller up to 150Tr, ETP, RO/DM plant etc.

3.Knowledge on Servo system, motion CPU, Its programming & fault finding.

4. Should be able understand the HMI program & recipe development, Data acquisition system (data saving, sharing through server etc). Knowledge of QR code scanner, Label printing system and design of PRN file.

5.Should have good experience & command on Relaylogics,PID based temp controller, Thyristors, Digital temp controller, thermocouples, AC drive (VFDs), latest sensors & Instrumentation etc.

6. Should have good command on pneumatic instrumentations.

7.Should have Knowledge on IATF 16949,EMS I,e, ISO -14001; ISO- 45001, aware of maintenance techniques TPM/5S/KAIZENS etc & well versed with Computers & ERP systems.

8.Exposure of R&D Lab equipment's i.e., System test bench,calorimeter,vibration test bench etc.
