Senior Chartered Accountant

• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results.
• Financials Preparation under INDAS / IGAAP and liase with auditor.
• Responsible for overseeing accounting of UK company.
• Managing compliance of GST / TDS / PF / ESIC and other statutory dues and ensure complete adherence to new amendments etc.
• Prepare UK financials and consolidations into IFRS.
• Manage Payroll on Zoho payroll and implement employee benefits.
• Prepare monthly analysis on P&L accounts and submit to Finance leadership, handle communication with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures and issues.
• Handle Company Stat audit, Tax audit, GST audit, TP audit and other government Departmental audits.
• Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management and liase with bankers for banking and credit facilities.
• Participate in various projects involving our enterprise accounting and reporting and implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements

Required Candidate profile

• CA mandatory
• 4-5 years experience in Accounting & Financial Reporting.
• Dip. In IFRS certificate will be an addon..
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Advance Excel & Gook Knowledge on MS Office
• Experience on Xero / Zoho Books
• Work effectively with Internal/External Teams
• Process Improvements & prioritization abilities
