Field Sales Executive - Pramoda Foods

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage field sales activities to achieve business targets, including visiting retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat purchases and referrals.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have own bike/ motorcycle
• 0-5 years of experience in FMCG marketing or food sales industry.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in B2B sales techniques for building strong relationships with clients.
• Basic knowledge of direct sales principles for generating leads and closing deals.
