Position Title: UX Measurement Specialist

Experience : 2-4 years

Location - New Delhi

Role Summary: The UX Measurement Specialist is responsible for measuring and improving user experiences by leveraging data-driven insights. This role involves collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that user feedback is integrated into the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.

Analyze user data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement metrics to evaluate user satisfaction and product usability.

Collaborate with design and development teams to translate research findings into actionable design improvements.

Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Participate in usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions.

Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field.

Experience in user research methodologies and data analysis.

Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e. g. , Google Analytics, Hotjar).

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with design tools (e. g. , Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
