- Preferred experience in Courier/Cargo and Logistics Company

- Expert in Relationship mangement
- Willingness to excel, win and overshoot the targets
- Working as a profit centre head for business development and growth
- Ensuring branch sales targets, operations and maintaining costs
- Development of customer base on all products/services of the company
- Grow the branch and people in line with the vision and goals of the company
- Proper reporting through various reports as per the requirements
- Market penetration and identifying new opportunities of growth
- Debtors control in line with companys objectives
- Working closely with the Senior Management for betterment of branch & company
- Presentation, Communication and technical skills is must
