Responsibilities:
speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone
gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers systems and processes, and then documenting them

Selection Procedure:
Telephonic round: A telephonic discussion will be conducted by company HR to check communications skills and basic technical knowledge.
Technical round: Technical round will be conducted by Dept. Head at Office to analyze technical knowledge and fitment for the said position. (Telephonic or Skype can be arranged for outstation candidates.)
Final Discussion: Final discussion will be arranged by company HR in regards to Salary, date of joining and other formalities post an interactive session with the Director.
