About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team.
This is an individual contributor role requiring a consultative sales approach, designed for professionals with a passion for client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an individual contributor to drive hard-target-oriented sales.
- Achieve sales benchmarks based on the number and value of transactions.
- Engage with plot owners looking to design and construct their homes.
- Manage long sales cycles (3 to 12 months) with a consultative approach.
- Handle transactions ranging between - 1.5 Cr to - 5 Cr.
- Conduct regular local travel for client meetings, including occasional weekend engagements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications: MBA combined with a degree or diploma in Architecture or Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in any role or industry.
- Proven expertise in new client acquisition and business development.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
