Operations Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Customer Success Manager to drive the growth and success of Practo s primary care clinics portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing portfolio growth, managing revenue operations, and building robust processes to maximize revenues, minimize churn, and improve account health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement on-ground initiatives to drive the growth of Practo s primary care clinics by engaging directly with clinic teams and executing growth plans.
• Regularly visit clinic locations to monitor progress, provide actionable support, and address challenges in real time.
• Manage day-to-day revenue operations for primary care clinics, ensuring financial targets are achieved through direct involvement and hands-on management.
• Execute and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize revenue streams and improve operational efficiency.
• Actively track revenue performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures to improve outcomes.
• Serve as the primary on-ground contact for clinic stakeholders, ensuring consistent engagement, support, and value delivery from Practo s services.
• Conduct site visits to address client concerns, implement process improvements, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of activities, insights, and outcomes gathered during on-ground engagements.
• Leverage data and on-ground insights to identify patterns and opportunities for immediate performance improvements.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key performance metrics to evaluate the health and progress of accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or revenue operations, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM platforms.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs and drive operational efficiencies.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
