Skills:
- Analytics skills (statistics, operations research, decision analysis)
- Analytics systems implementation skills
- Project delivery, task-allocation, deliverable quality, planning, and communication
- Team leadership, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, and Accounting Systems
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Operations Research
