Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Founder who can provide comprehensive support in various key areas of the business. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong understanding of filmmaking, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves assisting with everything from managing the day-to-day operations of our OTT platform to driving key projects forward and ensuring that all aspects of production stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filmmaking Support: Assist in the filmmaking process, including coordination with production teams, ensuring timelines are met, and managing any challenges that arise.
  • OTT Platform Support: Provide support in the development and operational management of Prachyam\u2019s OTT platform, working closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Budget & Finance Management: Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting financial accounting tasks to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Project Management: Drive progress on various initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet their objectives.
  • Representation: Attend meetings on behalf of the Founder, representing the company\u2019s interests and ensuring that communication is clear and objectives are met.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in creating and refining proposals for potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring they are aligned with the company\u2019s goals.
  • Timeline Management: Keep all production activities on schedule, coordinating with different teams to ensure that deadlines are met and that any issues are resolved quickly.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a high-growth environment, with a background in supporting senior leadership or working in the film or media industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with filmmaking processes, understanding of OTT platform operations, and basic financial management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with a talent for multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem Solver: A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and handle unexpected challenges with ease.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative to drive progress.
  • Travel Readiness: Must be willing to travel as needed to support the Founder in various capacities.
