Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, ensuring that communication remains open, effective, and transparent.
Identify potential vendors and assess their suitability based on the company s needs, including pricing, quality, capacity, and reliability.

Assist with organizing company events, meetings, or team-building activities
Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed .
Support in Registration Work.
Submit applications and required documents to government agencies. Track the status of pending registrations and follow up with government offices when necessary.
Stay in regular contact with the relevant government office or agency to ensure your submissions are progressing.
Account Opening and Maintenance Facilitate the opening of new Demat accounts for clients by collecting necessary documentation, verifying details, and submitting applications to the back-office team
Client Assistance and Support Assist clients with the process of transferring physical shares to Demat form (dematerialization), and guide them on procedures for account management
Transaction Management Assist clients with buying, selling, and transferring securities in their Demat accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions.
Problem Resolution Coordinate with relevant teams or external vendors (like the Depository Participant) to resolve complex issues related to Demat accounts.
