Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loading and Unloading Supervisor. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of goods during loading and unloading operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervision of Operations:
   
• Monitor and supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Verify goods against delivery or dispatch documents to maintain accurate records.
2. Quality and Safety Checks:
   
• Inspect goods for damage (e.g., rat damage) or discrepancies during loading/unloading.
• Ensure all processes comply with company safety standards.
3. Coordination and Communication:
   
• Coordinate with storekeepers and inventory operators to address discrepancies, such as goods not found or damaged items.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   
• Oversee the preparation of gate passes and requisitions for damaged or missing goods, ensuring proper authorization.
• Assist the store in charge with maintaining daily summary reports in Excel for goods not found or excess items during delivery.
5. Compliance:
   
• Follow instructions from authorized personnel, such as Rushi Sir and Nirmaam Sir, for processing specific outward entries.
