We are looking for candidates interested for Logistics Coordinator for Mumbai.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Mumbai Port

Job Type: 6 months contract

Department: Supply Chain / Logistics

Reports To: Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
• Co-ordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between vendors and internal departments. Facilitate effective communication to ensure smooth transportation.
• SAP Entries: Enter and update relevant logistics data into the SAP system.
• Prepare GRN: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials, ensuring accuracy in quantities and descriptions.
• Loading/Offloading Activities: Oversee loading and unloading activities at the Mumbai Port.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 1+ years of experience in logistics
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Good communication skills
