Job Description
Describe Skill and Experience - Screen incoming resumes and Job applications.
- Call and perform an initial screening of the candidate by understanding their capabilities, skills, experience, mindset, communication, etc.
- Schedule interviews and follow up on the interview schedules.
- Building a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing channels viz. Web Portals, Professional and Social Networking sites.
- Identify potential candidates through headhunting, networking, and references.
- Reporting of activities, candidate status
- Perform general HR operational jobs which include but are not limited to: documentation, photocopying, mailing, and filing.
- Participating in event organization as a part of HR team
- Any graduate, HR specialisation preferred
- Possess a good working attitude have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Target orientated
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Experience with HRMS, ATS tools.
