- Experience in IT industry in a service-based organization
- Experience in managing various HR operations of a generalist

- Have an authoritative personality
- Should have leadership qualities
- Should have good convincing and negotiation skills
- Some experience in recruitment would help
- Should have an eye for detailing and have aspiration toward perfection
Describe Skill and Experience
Flexible work schedule Leave Encashment Health Insurance Technical and non technical training Soft - skill and personality development - Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in implementing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Investigate grievances brought forward by employees.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities like weekly, monthly and special activities
- Plan and execute celebrations employee birthdays festivals
- Manage the organization s employee database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Manage leave, attendance, payroll, statutory compliances
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
