Engineer - New Product Development

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies, create design specifications, and manage projects through various stages of development.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry norms during manufacturing processes.
  
• Develop expertise in welding techniques (MIG/TIG) and sheet metal fabrication.
• BOM correction and part identification based on CADD drawing.
• Proto-development
• Preparation of PPAP for all the newly developed parts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in NPD engineering or related field.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Strong understanding of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc., as well as MS Office applications.
