Key Responsibilities:.
- Strategic - Ensure Smooth Operations with all KPIs met with Effective and Efficient Manpower & Route Management, and Adhere to all SOPs.
- Manages the complete merchandising & delivery through the operations of his/her team.
- Operational - Plans on budget and manages complete merchandising delivery system for Clients on a National Level.
- Ensuring KPIs are met for all channels and programs and working closely with Senior Management.
- Ensures through his RM's/OM's that all the SOPs are in place.
- Adds value through new initiatives and processes in concurrence with the Client.
- Works on developing and training through modules of merchandising & Promotion.
- Monitors budgets and develops economic working norms.
- Ensures a legally compliant system across the country.
- Work to correct and enhance the delivery model, wherever required to ensure timely delivery & Monitor the quality of execution.
- Escalate issues & guide the concerned team if any.
- Negotiate with clients for salary increments/incentives and for getting additional business.
- Closely Monitors the MIS,and evaluates reports.
- Evaluate and review operations with RMs/OMs on a monthly basis.
- Best practices to be adopted and act as Brand ambassador of PPMS.
- In addition to the above duties and functions any other assignment given by the management occasionally or on a daily basis is to be performed.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Operations.
