Sr Manager North, South 1 & East responsible for a complete range of CCS business covering complete Hyderbad

Responsibilities

• To Drive sales in the assigned region with the help of allocated resources.
• Connect with the TOP KOLs of the region & drive continuous engagement.
• Mentor and manage the direct team and enable them to achieve their respective goals and objectives.
• Manage key channel partners from the assigned region.
• Responsible for preparation of Sales Forecasts, effective trend analysis and drive achievement.
• Use research and analytical skills to assemble market data on potential, competition share etc and then build short term strategy to improve Thermo Fisher market share.

Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate successfully with customers and different levels of internal and external customers.

Must have analytical skills and intellectual ability to develop ideas, products and solutions, apply creative thinking, prepare a business plan and report quantitative data.

Must have decision making ability to perceive and evaluate alternatives, analyze impact of decisions before driving them, and implement decisions with appropriate evidence and rationale.

Job Requirement: BSc Chemistry / Life Science or Masters Degree in Science 8-10 years of business experience in driving sales for consumable business in Pharma / Bio-Pharma Market.
