The purpose of this role is to oversee the overall brand strategy and communication effortsThe role involves leading the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and external/internal communication initiativesA Brand and Communications Advisor is a key figure in shaping and managing a company's brand narrative and communication strategy. Their responsibilities span from brand development and strategic communication planning to media relations, content oversight, stakeholder management, and measurement. This role requires a deep understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and the ability to advise senior leadership on how best to communicate with both internal and external audiences.Role requires Brand and Comms ManagerBachelor's or Master's degree in Business or MarketingExperience in creating and executing communication strategies (both internal and external) that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools including social media strategiesExperience in managing or guiding cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, HR, creative teams) to execute branding and communication campaigns.In this role, you will be expected to implement client account plans through relationship development, paid media, programmatic and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. This includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.

Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in defining and refining brand identity, articulating the brand's mission, values, and vision to ensure alignment across all communication platformsOversee the consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints (e.g., marketing materials, website, social media, and internal communications).Offer expert advice on branding and communication strategies that align with corporate goals and help navigate challenges.Provide guidance and training to internal teams on brand standards, communication practices, and messaging.Analyze and report on brand performance and positioning in the market, ensuring it meets business objectives and resonates with target audiences.Design comprehensive communication strategies that support business objectives, aligning both internal and external communications.Provide counsel on the most effective ways to communicate key messages to various stakeholders, including employees, customers, media, and investors.Track and analyze media mentions and brand sentiment to assess how the brand is being perceived.Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure that employees are informed and aligned with the brand's vision, goals, and culture.Help create internal newsletters, intranet updates, and other communication materials that keep employees engaged and informed.Support executives in crafting messages that reflect the company's vision and communicate effectively with internal teams.Help guide the creation of brand-related content for various platforms, ensuring it is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.Assist in the development of a content strategy that aligns with the broader communication and marketing objectives.Ensure all content (including blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials) aligns with brand values and is on-message.Advise on the development of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.Guide digital content creation and digital campaigns to ensure consistency with brand objectives.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand stays relevant online.Use market research tools to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.Use data and feedback to identify audience needs and preferences, helping to adjust communication strategies accordingly.
