As we continue to expand and strengthen our position in the market, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our dynamic Accounts and Finance team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience to assist in managing the financial operations at Powerlook Apparels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax compliance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to grow within a thriving organization while contributing to the company's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Taxation: Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, income tax returns, and other statutory tax filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Internal Controls: Ensure effective internal controls to safeguard company assets, and assist in implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Audit Support: Assist with statutory audits, internal audits, and other financial reviews, providing necessary information and documentation to auditors.
• Costing & Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Provide financial insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Oversee day-to-day banking activities, including bank reconciliations, and manage payment processes.
• Compliance & Reporting: Monitor and ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
• Vendor & Client Accounts: Assist with account reconciliations and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing, retail, or apparel industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar), Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, accounting standards (IND-AS), GST, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
