Finance and Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Supervise and review the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans.
• Assess financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to support business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modelling).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
