Key Responsibilities
Sales 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for VFD products and services.
2. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
3. Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training to prospective and existing customers.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, including pricing, technical documentation, and delivery timelines.
5. Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to identify opportunities.
Technical Support
1. Conduct site visits to evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable VFD solutions.
2. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including system design, installation, and commissioning of VFDs.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with VFDs during installation, commissioning, or operation.
4. Train customer personnel on VFD operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Project Management
1. Manage end-to-end project execution for VFD installations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and logistics, to meet project goals.
3. Maintain service records and documentation for all completed projects. Customer Relationship Management
1. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
3. Ensure excellent after-sales support to build trust and encourage repeat business
