Job Title:  Strategic Growth Manager - ( Medical Business)

Location: Bangalore (Must be open to travel as required)

Position Overview:


We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager Medical Business to drive revenue growth and strengthen Posspoles presence in the healthcare sector. This role goes beyond salesit demands a visionary professional passionate about innovation, relationship building, and driving business results. The ideal candidate will spearhead the promotion, marketing, and sale of cutting-edge healthcare solutions, ensuring Posspole remains a leader in the industry while achieving ambitious revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


1. Revenue-Driven Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and execute robust marketing and sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Promote Posspoles healthcare solutionsmedical devices, diagnostics, and moreto healthcare providers, government stakeholders, and private sectors.
  • Identify new revenue streams and create customized offerings for diverse market segments.

2. Strategic Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and institutions.
  • Provide exceptional service, proactively resolving client queries and offering tailored solutions.

3. Market Leadership and Product Expertise:

  • Master the portfolio of Posspoles healthcare products and their applications.
  • Stay ahead of competitors by analyzing trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.

4. High-Impact Presentations and Engagements:

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase clinical value and economic benefits.
  • Represent Posspole at conferences, expos, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships.

5. Data-Driven Market Research and Strategy:

  • Gather actionable insights on customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies, ensuring products align with market demands.

6. Compliance, Reporting, and Accountability:

  • Ensure adherence to all industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
  • Regularly present performance metrics and growth forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development roles (healthcare preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and market analytics.
