• Collaborate with founders to determine current and future talent needs.
  
• Collaborate with founders on strategies to attract right talent 
  
• Collaborate with founders on appropriate people policies and benefits 
  
• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms including job boards and social media.
  
• Source candidates through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  
• Facilitate the interview process, coordinating schedules and gathering feedback from interviewers.
  
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment & onboarding process, ensuring timely communication and support.
