Accounts And Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Day to day routine accounting of Purchase, Sales, Payments and Receipts
2. Preparing reports and maintaining trackers in excel
3. Ensuring necessary documentation required for accounting and filing
4. Routine correspondence with the banks
5. Handling month end, year end & audit related activities
6. Handling reconciliation activities - Vendor, Customer, Bank, GST, TDS etc
7. Preparing various accounting schedules for Monthly/Annual accounts closure
8. Preparation of weekly/monthly/annual MIS

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
