Service Engineer 

Males only needed.

Dairy experience in servicing electronic equipment such as analyzers, DPU AMCU etc.. is preferable or need experience in servicing electronic items is must.

Willing to travel for servicing as per Service manager instructions and our dealer requirements.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and effective service solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery at client sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage.
• Maintain detailed service records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of industry-specific equipment or machinery.
• Hands-on experience with tools and technical software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
