Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative
maintenance measures.
Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and
effective equipment use.
Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry
developments.
Ordering and restocking materials when it is required.
Perform routine maintenance on technical equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
Travel to client sites to provide on-site support.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Diploma or a related field.
Proven experience as a service engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
