ServiceNow Developer - ITSM (8-14 yrs)

Job Title : ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.

- Configure and manage ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications via REST and SOAP APIs.

- Analyze system performance issues and implement performance enhancements.

- Administer Knowledge Base and Service Catalog, including creating and maintaining custom workflows.

- Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, access controls, and roles.

- Provide input for technical documentation and user manuals.

- Prepare reports on system analyses and performance metrics.

- Participate in requirement gathering, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings.

- Deploy solutions in test environments and collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality.

- Implement best practices in coding and design as per ServiceNow standards.

- Automate and enhance end-user experience through scripting and workflow configuration.

- Train and provide knowledge transfer to new team members.

- Support go-live and hyper-care phases, including technical assessment of new plugins and configurations.
