Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lab In-Charge to oversee our laboratory operations focused on the testing of polymers, polymer compounds, and masterbatches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of all laboratory activities while leading a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5 years experience in Testing of Polymers, Polymer Compounds, and Masterbatches MUST
• Supervise and mentor laboratory staff in testing procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate testing schedules and ensure timely reporting of results.
• Collaborate with other departments to support product development and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualification:-

- Candidate should be B.Tech/B.E or diploma graduate in Plastics engineering or related fields

- Candidates graduated from CIPET (Central Institute Of Petrochemicals Engineering) are preferred.
