It Support Engineer

1. Scope of the role

• Responsible for managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, Installing repairing end to end IT aspects, incorporated large scale desktop, network, CCTV, Telephone and server support.

2. Qualifications, Experience and skills

• IT Graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT Engineer/ Administrator
• Has knowledge about UAE market and industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot applications, software, programs, networking related issues, CCTV and repair different hardware like Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Scanners, Telephone
• Maintains confidentiality about companys information.

3. Job Profile

• Oversee all the aspects of Networking, Data and Telephone.
• Perform periodically checks, installment and PABX
• Involved in maintaining servers and take backup on day to day basis
• Ensure all the Etisalat boxes, routers, Setup boxes, Telephone connections are up and running.
• Maintain a list of all PCs, Laptop, Printers, Scanners, activation and expiry dates, cellphone assets and its configurations, Tablets. Also, maintaining all IT related licenses and renewal dates.
• Configure email ID for new employees and take data backup of outgoing employee.
• Involve in CCTV set up, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting.
• Periodically visit the other branches of Polyfab. Check network, CCTV, telephones.
• Install software viz. ERP, CRM, MS Office, PDF etc. in System and Tablets. Involve in monitoring CRM, GPS etc.
• Involve in providing end to end ERP related support.

4. Key deliverables

• Successfully troubleshoot IT related issues within assigned TAT.
