Key Responsibilities:-

Regular Supply of Material as per given plan Plan, implement ,monitor& sustain the action to achieve dept objectives , kpi's, & Cip;s

To organize OJT for employees to achieve production productivity & quality level Implementation of 5s & FIFO

Implementation of various kaizen by self as well as team Maintain high level- shop-floor discipline Maintain all documents as per ISO, TS- 16949 : 2009 & IATF -16949 -2016 Face process audits by QA & close the points

Analyze & implement actions against customer complaint & FIQA complaint as well Arrange Manpower as per machine and material according to plan

Optimize manpower cost with increase in productivity Manage the shift independently as per set rules & Guidelines Achieve plan vs actual Resolving the technical problem in line & accordingly take actions

To maintain good housekeeping in work area Ensure

Implementation of safety protocols & adherence to them w/o any deviation Keep watch on hold parts non moving parts & initiate timely action Optimize & control the WIP inventory Produce parts as per BOM & PDS

Implement & Monitor adherence to action against customer complain Conduct the trial as decided in various meetings &Share report with seniors for conclusion Analyzed the down time & initiate the actions to control the downtime
