Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical automation systems in the assembly line.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLCs, sensors, actuators, motors, and control panels.
Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new automation equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all automation activities.
Document maintenance activities, failures, and corrective actions taken.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers for technical support and spare parts procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
8+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming, industrial automation, and control systems.
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor control systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.Role & responsibilities

Dislikes

Every company has that group of people whose ideology is totally different. They believe in creating nuisance, disobey rules, disrespect fellow colleagues. There are 2-3 people in the company, who are exploiting others life.
