AGM- R&D

Job description

• Responsible for R&D Product Identification, Design, Development & Documentation
• Manage a team of 20 Hardware and Software engineers
• Review projects on a daily basis and resolve bottle necks
• Support the design and implementation of in-company training sessions in your area of expertise
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest/implement improvements within the current processes

Required Candidate profile

• B.E / B.Tech in ECE with12 to 15 years relevant experience in Electronic instruments manufacturing company in t he relevant field.
• 12 + years of relevant experience.
• Experienced technical & operational leader should be able to drive 20+ people team
• Experience in architecture definition, detailed design & complete hardware development cycle
• Excellent understanding of fundamentals of electronics
• Drive project technically - experience working on all stages of project development lifecycle
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management should be able to set & manage customer expectations.
• Experience on all stages of Hardware Product Development Lifecycle
• Processors: TI, STM32, Silabs 8051
• Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) / Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance
• Various tools like ORCAD, ALLEGRO, PADS
• Lab instruments like Multi- meters, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Logic analyzer etc.
