Sales Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Pollution Protection System Coordinator to support the sales and production teams, ensuring timely order processing, maintaining ISO standards, and fostering effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Reporting:
   Generate and maintain regular MIS reports.
2. ISO Records & TEBIllion Software:
   Keep ISO records up-to-date and maintain accurate data in TEBIllion software.
3. Sales Support:
   Track sales engineers' schedules and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and demos for potential clients.
4. Job Orders & Production Coordination:
   Prepare job orders, liaise with production for timely dispatch, and ensure on-time completion.
5. Completion Certificates & Payments:
   Request completion certificates from clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
6. Sales Strategy & Reporting:
   Assist in implementing sales strategies and report on enquiry progress, conversion rates, and trends.
7. Client Communication & Feedback:
   Maintain communication records, collect customer feedback, and analyze business losses.
8. Tender & Document Preparation:
   Prepare tender documents well in advance and ensure timely submission.
9. Database Management:
   Maintain an updated client and agent database for effective promotions.
10. CAPA Implementation:
    Analyze feedback and suggest corrective actions to improve processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
• Strong communication, organizational, and software skills.
• Familiarity with pollution protection systems and ISO standards is a plus.
