Job Title: HNI Relationship Manager Motor Insurance

Department: Sales / Business Development

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HNI Relationship Manager to join our motor insurance team. The RM will be responsible for managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, providing them with personalized insurance solutions, and building strong, long-term relationships. The role demands a deep understanding of the motor insurance market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach to meet the complex needs of HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients, ensuring exceptional service and high satisfaction levels.
  • Customized Insurance Solutions: Assess the motor insurance needs of HNI clients and provide tailor-made insurance solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales for motor insurance products by identifying opportunities within the HNI segment and cross-selling additional services.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of HNI clients, ensuring their retention and identifying new opportunities to expand the portfolio.
  • Premium Collection: Ensure timely premium payments and renewals by working closely with clients and internal teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to offer clients the most relevant solutions.
  • Claims Assistance: Provide high-quality support to clients in the event of claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for motor insurance products by engaging and converting prospects into clients.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and meetings in the CRM system.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service, resolving any issues and addressing queries promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation in any discipline (preferred: MBA, Insurance-related certifications).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling HNI clients, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • In-depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of motor insurance products and industry trends.
  • Client Handling Skills: Proven track record of working with high-net-worth individuals and offering personalized services.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with senior-level executives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A deep commitment to understanding and meeting client needs with a high level of professionalism.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
