Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets through outbound sales calls, field sales visits, and revenue generation.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer acquisition.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products/services.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new initiatives that drive sales performance improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in B2C/BPO/call center environment with expertise in handling HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals).
• Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets through outbound sales processes.
• Strong understanding of hard core selling skills, team building, team leading, team management principles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy & efficiency.
• Team handling 15+ and Age Limit -32
• Excellent Communication Skills & Aware about internal Metrics .
