Publisher Acquisition Manager (Based in Mumbai, Delhi, or Bangalore)

We specialize in advanced ad-tech solutions, driving innovation and excellence in the digital marketing industry. We are now seeking a dynamic Publisher Acquisition Manager to expand and strengthen our publisher network in India. In this high-impact role, youll be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing partnerships with online publishers, helping them optimize their monetization strategies through AnyManager one-stop ad-tech solutions. What Youll Do

• Develop and execute a publisher acquisition strategy to grow our network in India, ensuring a strong pipeline of new partners.
• Identify and engage with potential publishers (website owners, media companies, content platforms) to introduce AnyMind s monetization solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals with publishers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers, providing ongoing consultation to improve their ad revenue performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (account management and platform operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new publishers to AnyManager platform.
• Analyze publisher performance data and market trends to optimize acquisition strategies and drive continuous growth.
• Report regularly to the Managing Director of Publisher Growth, providing insights on acquisition progress, challenges, and market opportunities.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in publisher acquisition or business development in the ad-tech industry within the India market.
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, ad monetization models, and publisher growth strategies
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess publisher performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in identifying new opportunities and driving innovative growth strategies.
