Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Admission Counselor to join our team at Podar Education Network in Pune

The position is at a junior level and requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our admissions process and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) ability to convey information effectively and persuasively to prospective students and their parents.

Strong interpersonal skills (Mandatory skill) ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and staff.

In-depth knowledge of admissions process (Mandatory skill) familiar with the admissions procedures and requirements for different educational streams.

Customer service skills ability to handle inquiries and provide high-quality service to prospective students and their families.

Problem-solving skills ability to address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the admissions process.

Attention to detail ability to ensure accurate and complete documentation of admissions records.

Organizational skills ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Sales skills ability to promote the educational programs and advantages of Podar Education Network to prospective students and parents.

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist prospective students and parents through the admissions process, providing detailed information and addressing their queries.

Conduct information sessions, tours, and interviews to promote the educational programs offered by Podar Education Network.

Manage and maintain accurate admissions records, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and up to date.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and streamline the admissions process.

Identify and address any barriers to the admissions process, providing solutions to enhance the experience for prospective students and their families.

Follow up with prospective students and parents to encourage timely completion of the admissions process.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in student admissions to continuously improve our processes.

Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students to Podar Education Network.
