Qualifications And Skills

Strong English communication skills to effectively deliver lessons and interact with students and staff.

Previous experience as a Computer Teacher or relevant training background is mandatory (Mandatory skill).

Robotics teaching experience or equivalent qualifications are required to manage and deliver robotics curriculum (Mandatory skill).

Proven expertise as a Robotics Faculty to guide students in developing practical and theoretical robotics skills (Mandatory skill).

Experience or capability to act as an ATL Incharge, involving managing ATL labs and projects independently.

Capability to fulfill the role of Computer Faculty, involving planning and executing comprehensive computer science syllabi.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs and keep up with educational innovations.

Commitment to professional development and integrating new educational technologies and methodologies.

Roles And Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction in STEM subjects, including but not limited to computer and robotics education.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire students and foster an understanding of technology and engineering.

Manage the ATL lab, ensuring it is effectively utilized and maintained for hands-on learning experiences.

Support students in project-based learning initiatives to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Collaborate with faculty and administration to align STEM initiatives with curriculum goals and standards.

Participate in regular professional development sessions to continuously improve teaching strategies and knowledge.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.

Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure academic growth and success.
