Job Overview.
We are seeking a dedicated TGT SST educator to join our team in Pimpri-Chinchwad.

This is a full-time position designed for a mid-level professional with minimum 4 to maximum 6 years of work experience.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality social science education aligned with our institution's values.

The role requires effective teaching and classroom management capabilities.

Qualifications And Skills.

Teaching:Proven ability to effectively convey subject matter to students, foster engagement, and enhance learner comprehension (Mandatory skill).

Classroom Management:Expertise in maintaining a conducive learning environment, managing student behavior, and ensuring class discipline (Mandatory skill).

Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues (Mandatory skill).

Subject Matter Expertise:Thorough knowledge of social science topics and current educational techniques to convey facts accurately and interestingly.

Lesson Planning:Ability to develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational standards and objectives, ensuring a structured learning flow.

Student Assessment:Skilled in designing and implementing effective student evaluations to gauge progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Problem Solving:Capable of resolving educational challenges and adapting learning methods to cater to diverse student needs and abilities.

Interpersonal Skills:Ability to establish rapport with students, colleagues, and parents, fostering a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and coherent social science lessons to students, ensuring adherence to the curriculum standards and institutional values.
