Job Overview.

We are conducting walk-in interviews at Podar International School, Kolhapur, on 21st, 22nd, and 25th December 2024.

We are looking for dynamic educators for full-time positions to join our growing team.

Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience and a passion for teaching.

This is a mid-level position located in Kolhapur, focused on delivering quality education to students in various subjects.

Qualifications And Skills.

ED (Mandatory skill) is essential to ensure effective teaching methodologies and educational practices.

ED (Mandatory skill), necessary for planning and implementing curriculum effectively.

Proven experience as an English Teacher with the ability to engage students and foster a love for language.

Experience as a Maths Teacher with a focus on developing students' analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to teach Science, with a strong emphasis on encouraging scientific inquiry and exploration.

Experience in teaching Social Science, promoting an understanding of history, culture, and society.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating an open and effective classroom environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff to contribute to educational excellence and student success.

Roles And Responsibilities
.

Conduct classes in English, Maths, Science, or Social Science, using innovative teaching methods.

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational requirements and standards at Podar Education Network.

Assess and evaluate students progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment for all students.

Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum.

Maintain discipline in the classroom and on school premises.

Engage with parents and guardians for discussions on students' progress and needs.

Contribute to extra-curricular activities and school events, supporting Podars ethos of holistic education..
