Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Realize one or several operations of production by following Work Instructions, Quality Instructions.
• LFM and health. safetv rules and bv usina machines and production eauioment's. Realize one or several operations of production (Assembly machines, Special process and other traditional machines);
• Clean and maintain machines and equipment's by following up Work Instructions and Preventive Maintenance level 1 instructions: Control operations done, detect issues and inform management in case of problem;
• Fill in production, quality, maintenance, traceability, 7 Basic quality documents and any other documents as requested by management;
• Check and control the quality as per quality instructions, inform management in case of any quality issue;
• Ensure the conformity (quantity, quality...) of the material delivered to the cell, inform management in case of any quality issue;
• Maintain ABU SHOP material stock accuracy If necessary, support Maintenance Department for any operation of Maintenance under their supervision;
• Provide suggestions to improve PQCDSM Maintain shop floor discipline and Improve 5S Maintain target WIP in process by closing the PIDS regularly Support ME in new project/Process development Maintain the prod rate / hour by monitoring the hourly production report Close work station and Process audit non conformity within 15 days
• Execute Line QRQC methodology by effective follow up with support function Train and develop operators to have multiple skill and Flexibility Implement Accepted Suggestions Achieve & Maintain LFM Target Reduce ABU Scrap Cost Others duties as required Actively participate in Ergonomic & Health .Safety Improvement Committees.
• Contribute for the EnMS improvement plan and its actions Customer service oriented, supervises Team Leaders/Operators to ensure manufacture of products, parts, components or assemblies, within established Unit timing, quality procedures and cost standards
• Routine completion as per the plan.
