Project Industrialization Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Define and control of all phases of product development process for all motors - design and validation.
• Coordinate activities with DIP team especially other project leaders on regular basis to assure time and cost-effective results with included standardization on all levels.
• Responsible for CAPEX Management and cash flow of the projects in line with Milestone level.
• Focus on standardization of components, functions and development processes in DIP team.
• Knowledge standards - share good practice among teams to improve efficiency, identified gaps, to be removed.
• Projects Activities Orchestra – Resource & Time sheet, tool, Iobeya, Project Web applications, to be followed.
• Monitor regulation; assure all designs on motors are in line with it.
• Follow development of new technical standards and standards related to product HSE.
• Follow the development trends in the field of hydrostatic transmission or electro mobility, for hydraulics motors.
• Introduction of new design, process and organization tools consistently with Group developments.
• Team Building skills in terms of Expertise Management and reporting on lead and lag indicators for all actions with reaction plan.
• CFT Member in major project and close the activities on time with Plant Industrialization activities.
• Commitment on concerns with Project parts inventory and obsolenence and action plant on alternatives choices.
• PES audit management for both Product process definition and development topics.
• 100 % PPE Adherence at the plant as defined in that workplace.
• Participates to risk failure analysis (DFMEA) and consolidate the impact functionality in PFMEA studies.
• Knowledge of Mockup/prototype/serial parts realization in connection with mockup and manufacturing teams,
