Work with clients on Implementation of Payroll Application

Requirement Gathering (define document client requirement)

Scope documentation (draft and agree project plans and fee quotes)

Process mapping (Manage and provide professional services for the software asrequired during the entire project life cycle)

Training (provide training for users of the software and develop trainingmaterials)

Coordination between client requirement and development team (maintain regularcommunication with implementation manager and product teams to discuss supportissues and feature request)

End user support ( post implementation support)
