Persona: Creating visually appealing thumbnails/ images

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc - Strong portfolio showcasing experience in creating thumbnails, cover art, and visually engaging images. - Ability to translate audio content/scripts into compelling visual designs that attract listeners. - Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles. - Experience in creating designs for digital platforms - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with content creators and marketing teams

Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing thumbnails, cover art, and promotional images for audio stories in the decided time frame

- Collaborate with content creators to understand the theme and tone of the stories to reflect them accurately in the designs.

- Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital platforms, including social media, gaming aps, and websites.

- Maintain consistency in branding and style across all visual content.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance the quality of visual content.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
