Job Description
- Responsible for the accounting of RPT and Charter Revenue based on successful completion of Passenger, Cargo and Charter Uplifts.
- Prepare, reconcile and balance monthly revenue related journals.
- Prepare Revenue GST reports every 15th of the month without fail.
- Ensure manual revenue journals are completed and reported every month.
- Ensure Expired Revenue is expired, reconciled and reported accurately every month.
- Prepare and reconcile Revenue General Ledger Accounts by the 15th of each month.
- Daily Closing and Reporting of Flown Revenue to Management without fail.
- Ensure Sales, Uplift and Charter are closed every day without fail.
- Monthly reporting of Sales via Debtor accounts.
- Run Revenue based trainings for out ports and provide feedback and report on their performance.
- Oversee the overall Revenue Staff and report on any issues relating to staff matters.
- Manage the Revenue Accounting Systems.
- Travel to branches as and when needed for issues to be resolved.
- Comply with all appropriate corporate and financial Acts, legislation, and airline requirements.
